Think this may just be in the US.

As they say, 4runner and Sequoia are eating sales, and both of those are, pretty much, NA market only.

LC will live on everywhere else. Including SZR!

I did the Dubai desert safari a few years ago and every single vehicle in the mass convoy was a Toyota Landcruiser. Once you get deep into the desert you only see manual transmission Landcruisers.

You can take any vehicle you like into the desert, if you want to come back you take a Landcruiser.

Yup.
My Landcruiser took me everywhere, from the Hajar mountain range to Wahaiba Sands and the Empty Quarter. Terrifying at times when you’re really remote, but you know that thing will climb a wall for you if needs be.
