Despite appearances the pilot who had fellow beneficiaries sign over power of attorney to him alone has denied legitimate beneficiaries from joining the class action.
Currently Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited are using the beneficiary fund cash to fight the beneficiaries .... now that’s ironic
