With the recent news on June 9th 2019 of the cessation of contributions into the API Trust, many beneficiaries are going to face medical and financial hardship.

You have already denied a second beneficiary who requested to join the class action thereby reducing the value of the claim by 1 million dollars.

Are all beneficiaries who are party to the class action aware you have done this or was this yet another unilateral choice using the power of attorney you had written into the class action agreement and have all beneficiaries sign.

This also resulted in the ongoing loss to the group of this denied individuals contribution and caused your lawyers to seek information from the defendant that was readily available had the denial not occurred.

It would appear this is your case and other beneficiaries have little say in proceedings but contribute to your legal action.

Why would a group of beneficiaries want to exclude other beneficiaries, then post here looking for beneficiaries? Seems nonsensical to me.

Its not the group it’s he who acts alone with sole power of attorney ... ask it yourself using said e mail in start of this thread .
