If someone joins Cityflyer as an FO can they then swap onto BA longhaul mainline direct or do they have to go onto the shorthaul fleet and essentially start again or is it possible for direct swap?

thanks

30 bags left off a JSI-LCY flight the other day due weight restrictions out of the island - pax not told

I believe it’s still basically a separate company and therefore you’d have to apply to BA mainline and pass the recruitment process to join BA.

Kibathepilot. That's better addressed in the terms and endearment thread.
Search in there. Strongly suspect the answer is 'totally separate employment'.
