One person is seriously injured, and another is also being treated by paramedics after a helicopter crash in Victoria.
Emergency services were called to a property south of Mansfield at about 3.10pm.
Two air ambulance helicopters have been sent to the scene to assist local paramedics who are treating the two people.

Emergency services were called to the property on Mansfield-Woods Point Road just after 3pm.
The female passenger was seriously injured, and has been airlifted to hospital. She remains in a critical condition.
The male passenger received minor injuries, but was also taken to hospital in an air ambulance.
Police are investigating, and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and Australian Transport Safety Bureau will also be notified of the incident.

Flight radar shows two Air ambos on their way back to Melbourne from the area (may or may not be related).

A helicopter has crashed with one woman seriously injured just outside of Mansfield.

Emergency services were called just before 3pm today to Mansfield-Woods Point Road with six vehicles responding to the scene.

Two air ambulances were called to the property south of Mansfield to assist local paramedics.

The helicopter crash landed at a private property in Pires where paramedics found the two, believed to be in their 40s, on board.

The woman is now in a critical condition and both patients are being flown to The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne.

No sign of foam being deployed in this crash.


Pre the introduction of fuel bladders the outcome could have been worse.
