Does anyone have any experience of Cape Aero Club or Hope Flying services in Cape Town.

I am intending to commence a PPL in South Africa (I am UK resident) however all the reports I read are about schools in Durban, Port Elizabeth, Port Talbot, Jo-burg and pretoria.

Regards

Louvois

re the enquiry about ct flying schools, i used to instruct at Cape Aero Club. It used to be a fantastic school when I did my comm, but when I left there was this bitch from hell that ran the place and destroyed the spirit ,who i understand has subsequently been fired. so i hope that things have returned to its former glory. i can definately recomment it as i had a superb time there and the instructors (if they are still the same) are fine lads.
Contact them at www.capeaeroclub.co.za.
enjoy!:)
