Wizz Air Integrated ATPL with L3

Hi Guys!
Has anyone here applied to the L3 Integrated ATPL with Wizz Air scheme?
I have currently passed the online assessment and have been invited to an Assessment Day.
I just wondered if anyone here has gone through this process with L3 Commercial Aviation before, and what I can expect from the aptitude tests (I believe are cut-e) and airline standard interview? Any tips from anyone who has been through this selection or has any other knowledge around this assessment I would appreciate!

I honestly do not see the point in spending so much money to end up in a company with the salary or the conditions of Wizzair.
Would make sense to invest this amount for Qatar Airways or BA, but Wizzair???

I passed the L3 selection for the Wizzair / L3 program. However, i'm wainting for the last step in Budapest for 2 months and there is no date available...

Maybe because of the Wizzair Pilot Academy, Wizzair decreased the number of cadet via L3.

Are there many companies in Europe providing better salaries (after you legally pay all taxes!) and benefits than Wizz? Perhaps, some nat. carriers, but what is the odds of getting a job there, straight out of flight school? And how long would you stay as FO/FO-salary there even if you did get a job? Sure, much longer than 4 years at Wizz.
Qatar, Emirates... sandpit is not for everyone. And again, what is the chance to get an upgrade there? I know way too many great pilots, coming back to Europe just for an upgrade. It would make much more sense to go there after the CPT upgrade.
