Large amount of night flights makes me wonder if there is any lenses that was specifically designed to protect the eyes during constant looking at displays in darkness ?
Most of our A320s are equipped with old CRT type displays and eye fatigue is killing me during night flying.
Is there any use of simple "glasses for computer" that blocks blue light in the glass cockpit?
Any experience, researchers or specific brands are highly appreciated!

My other half is a dispensing optician who speciality is lenses.

She advises the following

Lenses are available that have a brown contrast filter. These lenses are designed to minimise stress on the visual system from computer use , night driving, office environments etc. There are also lenses available aimed specifically at motorists which would also do the same thing. Google “Norville Vista Mesh”, “Hoya enroute pro”, “Essilor Road Pilot” to get more detailed information. There are others available, these are just the ones that come to mind.
