So with Emirates missing expectations what will our Profit Share be this year?
I’m counting on Two Weeks.

Don’t forget, no profit target = no profit share in 2020 neither. Nice!

Really? Why’s that?

The only time in the last 15 years they did not set a profit target was in April 2017.

As you know the formula is anything above target gets split 75/25. 25% is dispensed into the profit share.

As there was no target anything above even was split 75/25 which is why we got 5 weeks profit share and 3% last year.

I think we’ll see this as the new norm. Next year a profit share because no target then a target set for following and nothing.

So look for something every two years unless the poster above has new information.

Care to clarify ?

Maybe its that cost index at "M.86" as described by BBC and CNN, as high fuel figures! Strange how the western neighbors ten A380 are averaging M.835 for the same aircraf,t with lowest fuel burn for the similar sector.

You do hold up all of our B787 BTW! We now reduce to fit in!
Don't bite!

I’m surprised that they didn’t come out with pay deal the same day to try and sweeten the pill....... or 0% and no 3% (semi contractual) seen as too much for one day.
