CAAV License Verification

Hi, does anyone know how to get the license verification done from CAAV Vietnam. I currently hold a Vietnamese ATPL but the CAAV doesn't respond or reply to my CAA. The lady in charge apparently Hoang Anh at the CAAV seems to be missing. Apparently she's on an extended overseas business trip.

Any help would be appreciated.

Gotta request it through your agency normally, but yes I have also heard they're just ignoring all requests at the moment
