Just posted on the Tenzing Hillary Airport Facebook site. Nothing posted about casualties.

(Or maybe it is a Dornier.)

"भर्खरै भएको दुर्घटना.
लुक्लामा Manang Helicopter र Summit Air को दु:खद दुर्घटना,"

Really good thing there was no fire! hose hand held fire instiginsher would not have stopped anything

other footages show: the airplane wing grabbed the heli just below the rotor head at the MGB and flipped it over with a lot of energy

Really weird accident.
To me from the outside without knowing the aircraft I would think of a right engine failure, a locked brake, front wheel steering failure or a rudder failure.
I don't know the LET's systems.
Luckily no pax on board.
Rip to all people involved.

"probable cause of the accident was aircraft's veering towards right during initial take-off roll as a result of asymmetric power due to abrupt shifting of right power lever rearwards"
 nuff sed ?
