However, had we applied the historical profit share formula previously used, which is based on the Airlines result, the award to our people would be minimal.

Does anyone know the formula Cathay used? Could it have given more than $2000 to certain crew?

Their self-congratulations were pretty nauseating. Solely for the public and the shareholders. They obviously know that all 3000+ of us hold them in nothing but cold contempt, and see them for what they are; incompetent jokes. They are a disgrace on every level. (and where is my 2017 13th month..?).

The whole thing is a joke. Take the cash and have a few beers on the company whilst you look for another employer. It's over.
