I see World has signed a freight contract with Pacific Air Services Company owned by Ned Wallace and David Sung. The company is new and in fact this may be their first contract. I can't find any info on the company but I believe Ned Wallace was once the CEO of Polar. I wonder if anyone out Hong Kong way might have some background on the company and its owners.
