Company which would sponsor a green card

I want to know if a very experienced single female pilot with Jet Time wants to fly in America with a Pakistani
Passport can she find a company which would sponsor her green card ?
I am asking for a friend.

What’s being female got to do with anything?

And no, the only pseudo sponsorship that is going on is Australians working for some regionals on E3 visas which doesn’t lead to a green card.
