The culture has shifted alright
And yes the Company should take absolute responsibility.!

Pretty sure you summed it up right there PC, tool...

Investigate, threaten and itimidate all you like PC.

Every sickness occurance will be accompanied by a note from a medical doctor. I'm sure they will appreciate you questioning their medical opinion.

Still trying the big stick approach instead of actually adressing the issues that are causing the problem. Any of you 9th floor muppets ever have an original idea?

Dilbert...with the 9th floor muppets that we have (and those on the 3rd), is it any wonder this airline is in such chaos? We have managed to promote everyone up there to at least one or two levels beyond their competence levels. Hence, we suffer from them doing everything BUT that which is desperately needed. This lot makes the Titanic seem a minor accident...

If a pilot can fly 900 hours a year, which is 100% productive, yet does it whilst being absent 10% of they are in effect 110% productive.

Management should get a bonus for the productivity achieved.

It means neglect your fitness for the greater good. Pravda.

Funny thing is when you try to hit a real problem with a stick you usually get hit back with a much bigger stick.

Just going to fire up the popcorn popper, sit back, enjoy life, and watch the Company once again step on its schlong.

well I’m regulating my fitness with others in mind , i.e. I don’t fly with a cold or sore throat because I have no desire to pass on my germs to my fellow crew members

Oh by the way. Get every sick cert endorsed with "fit to fly as pax". It sends the A team on a wild goose chase looking thru I'd travel logs.

Pilots working harder with the introduction of CMP. Sickness rates gone up. Hmmmmm! I wonder if there's a link?

Considering most 777 pilots are on 900 hours a year I think the sickness rate is quantified. That tool, talking about FRMS etc has his small rango looking noggin buried in his nether region

This would make interesting reading on your sick note from the doctor " sick to the back teeth of my employer".

recommend 3 months off to recover.

Can we say this place is turning into the next EK? Except its not a dilusional government rather a diulsional board of governors?

I thoght that a few years ago. I have made the comment on here before.. it is almost like. CX and EK are run by the same people.
