I've done my research and got a price tag of 65,000€ for PPL, inhouse ATPL theory, hour building + NVFR, MEP VFR, MEIR, CPL and MCC. The total amount of flying hours are around 210-220 and 70 sim hours. Is it a good deal?

Too much SIM time for that price. And 65K is not the best of deals... what's the location?

You don't need that many hours, especially not in modular training.
My training was:
PPL + NVFR: 50 hours
Time Building: 85 hours
Instrument Rating (with ME Class Rating): 60 hours (only 3 hours SIM)
CPL: 15 hours
TOTAL TIME: 215 hours
TOTAL PIC: 101 hours
I paid 50K, with all flight exams and landing fees included.
