Does anyone have a memory aid for Dry Lease vs. Wet Lease? I always mix the two up. Thanks.

Think of the fuel - if the fuel comes with the aircraft it is a wet lease, and will include crew and AOC

In EASA-speak:

Dry Lease Agreement - An agreement between undertakings pursuant to which the aircraft is operated under the AOC of the lessee.
Wet Lease Agreement - An agreement between air carriers pursuant to which the aircraft is operated under the AOC of the lessor.
Damp Lease - A wet lease with partial crew

See Regulation (EU) 1008/2008

In the real world - what Paco said

Wet lease ... Includes drunken pilots .
dry lease ... no pilots as there is no alcohol .

Yes rude, but you will never forget it
