Yes, it is: so far, minus one TRE, two captains and two first officers.

It appears to be seriously enforced now... An FO told me about a Captain who got busted the same day the bulletin was released and got demoted until further advice...

I heard that if the crew gets caught smoking in cockpit, the CAAC void their certificate..!

The funny part is that if someone is smoking and somebody else in the flight deck doesn’t tell them they have to stop then they will also get grounded for 6 months..........
Can you imagine a big ‘leader’ being told by a new foreign pilot that he cant smoke in the flight deck...........
