Pima County Museum & Desert Boneyard

A friend here in UK has booked a visit to the Pima County Museum followed by a trip to the Desert Boneyard this April. He's submitted the required 'Profile' for the latter but is unsure that his details have been received and recorded. Efforts to contact the relevant staffs at Pima have gone unanswered. Naturally he doesn't want to waste a visit to the US. If anyone has experienced the same problem and can offer admin tips I'd be glad to hear from them.
