Transfer of medical from AESA to IAA

Hello

I currently have a Spanish licence and class 1 medical. Due to working in Ireland (my home country) I am attempting to transfer both my medical and licence to the IAA. I believe I have to complete a SOLI form for my licence which (hopefully) seems straightforward. I am not as clear on how to transfer my medical from AESA to IAA. Has anyone transferred a medical from another authority to the IAA and could offer some advice on how to proceed?
