Does anyone know where I can get hold of a copy of an EMB145 CBT, please. I would be most grateful.

You might be better off posting this request in the training section of the forum.
If you type 'aviation knowledge' in to YouTube you will be taken to set of videos of quite a few CBT's of several different aircraft unfortunately the EMB 145 is not one of them. However if you contact the owner of that YouTube channel they might be able to point you In the right direction.
