Helicopter Colours

G'day,

Could anybody tell me where I can find a colour chart for aviation approved paints?I have gone to all the paint shops I can find and none of them can help me.
Is there a site on the net?

Any help will be greatly apreciated

try IMRON, I do not know wheather this is a brand or typ or just sales name, but I heard it a lot around airports as a quality A/C paint. I think it is made by DUPONT.

Beware of matching colours from a computer ( if you were hoping to go to web sites) every monitor displays colours a bit differently , the same with printers.

For european colour chart ( RAL # ) most US paints use FED-STD-595 colour codes , if you see a ral # you like a US manufacturer ( Imron , PPG ) can cross ref to a US #.
