Tigerair contract compliance (http://australianaviation.com.au/2019/01/tigerair-pilots-launch-industrial-action/)

We'll let's see how what appears to be an identical RP dilemma unfolds.

Tigerair Australia pilots are due to commence protected industrial action tomorrow, which the Australian Federation of Air Pilots (AFAP) union says could result in flight cancellations and disruptions at the Virgin Australia-owned low-cost carrier, as it has come to rely on pilots working on rostered days off.

What and you are going to compare the two?
A little different in Aus under protected industrial action under FWA don’t you think?

Not to mention the fundamental differences in the respective personal circumstances of the Pilots and their contracts.

All the best to them.

Exactly, what our limited time new joiners should all realise, CX has had poor industrial relations thanks to Swire for decades and it'll only continue to get worse, while protected industrial action in first world countries can hopefully bring the parties together to resolve the issues, I doubt their negotiations will last year's like ours and hopefully will result in a lifestyle improvements that aren't subject to wishy washy language basically circumventing all the rules.
