Hi, Good Morning.
Rumor goes that an European company is buying:
Eastern Airlines,
Swift Airline
Miami Tech. (Maintenance Provider)

Any tip about.?

A foreign entity can not have controlling interest in a US air carrier. If it's publicly traded they can own up to 49 percent of the stock, a' la DHL and Polar Air Cargo. As best I can see Swift is privately held. They could have a foreign partner invest in them but could not be sold to a foreigner. I do not know if the same restrictions apply to maintenance providers.

Good Morning: Still rumor goes strong, about a “group of inversors”, mostly Europeans that include a Chinese, and that current Account Manager will keep in place at least during 2019 due to his bussiness’ Relantioship.I repeat, it is a rumor.

I believe of that whole mess, the only AOC that's still active is Swift.
