The CAA diabetic certification guidance on their web site appears to have been withdraw and is subject to a review / update.
Does anyone know the background and/or know when the new guidance will be issued.

When I visited the CAA for my 6 month review a couple months ago, I asked what had happened to the document. They said there was simply a need to update the guidance material and that it would be uploaded again once complete. It didn't seem anymore sinister than that so I didn't ask any further questions.

Hi jbscessna,
I know that they indeed had to update the details but I do not know why it is taking so long. The link below is to the Austrocontrol website and they have the diabetes guidance protocol as well. It is identical to the UK one as far as I am aware. If you have questions let me know.
