Windows 10 64 bit running Microsoft office 32 bit.
Seems I can no longer automatically download Window update and get the following message

There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:
2018-09 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4457146) - Error 0x800700022018-09

Actually it is a much longer list but you get the idea. If I go to Windows update / advanced options and try to turn on “automatically download updates, even over metered data connections” it won’t let me. If I go to a failed update and try to manually download it seems to let me save it and run it and then says it is complete but it then still shows as a failed download on the big list.

MacBoero You are my hero. I went into services to turn it off and found that for some reason Windows update was set to manual. A quick change to auto followed by a reboot and all has updated. I did look that code up but didn't find the link you gave me.

Once again thank you.
