Please, does anyone know the terms, conditions and salary of Norwegian in BA for DECs?

For DEC:
Basic Salary including 45 hrs...................ARG $ 164000
Block hour payment above 45-60 hrs......ARG $ 1700
Block hour payment above 60 hrs...........ARG $ 2300
Flight Allowance per Flight Duty Day.......ARG $1200
Travel Allowance per active day..............ARG $ 900
Communication Allowance per month.....ARG $ 2000

All these figures are before tax (35% flat)

13 salaries per year, 40 days off per year.

Flying 65 hour per month, It would be around U$D 4200 per month after tax.
