Converting PPL(H) to PPL(A)

So I passed my exams in 2010 with a PPL(H). I was having a look at some threads but there are all very old.

I would like to convert my PPL(H) to PPL(A). What do I have to do to make this happen?

Bearing in mind that I have about 70 hours PPL(A) but then went and did PPL(H) about 60 hours and passed those exams.

What exams would I have to re-sit?

5 exams: PoF, Nav, AGK, Operational procedures, flight performance and planning.
Then you should just need 2 or 3 lessons and a skills test.
