I've just been in contact with Pan Am over in Florida. I thought that I'd share my experience with you.

After sending quite a lengthy enquiry email regarding modular ATPL training, I received a personally-written email back. The lady who wrote back answered all of my questions objectively and made no attempt to sell Pan Am whatsoever. In short, Pan Am presented me with both the good and bad points of their training.

So it seems their customer service (as far as drawing in the customers goes) rates highly. How about the most important aspect: the course itself? Did anybody qualify with Pan Am? What were they really like?

ChuWu

I certainly had the same experience as far as customer service, and will be looking at them when I come to do the flying part of the ATPL (but just starting ground school at Bristol now).

Can't speak from my own experience as far as the training they provide, but you may find the past topic on the link below useful.
