How many women pilots are currently working at CX? In the future? I have a friend who is interested.
Thanks

Dear Eric, I know it is not wanted but please ensure your friend realises there is no 'reverse discrimination' policy at CX. Think sometimes called 'affirmative action'. However, from the many I have seen go through the process I can state that some of the ladies have been superb operators and snapped up by the company. Same requirements as the guys, can be taught, reasonable technical knowledge, good basic IF skills and will fit in at the company. I had the pleasure of sitting at dinner with a lady pilot from WWII, she had flown all marks of spitfire and many multi's. Did the delivery flights, including acceptance airtests - what a gal, still a stunner with personality and elan to spare. Good luck to any lady/man who wishes to join this great company. The dust will settle, it's gravity you know.
