Good AFternoonI'm doing some research into the service history of the HFB-320 Hansa Jet. The EW variant of the aircraft was based at Lechfield with Staffel 323. Aircraft from 323 visited the UK on several occasions to exercise with RAF units.
I have a reference to a Tornado squadron being involved, but I suspect there may have been others.
Please can anyone help with this and let me know of any exchanges/interactions etc they may have been aware of; or, better still, actually been involved in. 360 Squadron Canberras at RAF Wyton had some contact I believe.
Thanks in anticipation

Can't give any exact dates but they were fairly common visitors at Wyton while I was based there in 88-93 usually during the big 11Gp Air Defence exercises Elder Forest/Elder Joust and the Priory exercises. They were normally joined by a Norweigan Falcon 20 and 2 or 3 Italian AF PD808's.

Thanks very much. That's good info. I'll follow up on those exercises.
