Do you know any website/company that provides Advisoring for a pilot career?
Unfortunately my professional profile/CV is very different from the standard commercial pilot and I would like to get some advice on what steps I should take in order to get where I want.

Define different? Through my training I met people in their 30's and 40's coming from various backgrounds, i.e. bank employee, managers, sales representative, customer care, programmers, a worker in a manufacture and they all got a job. Use your life experience to your advantage.
