Airbus cold weather operation

In case in cold weather operation, after we ve landed , we couldnt retract the flaps until the engineer is fully inspected the aircraft , who are the one responsible to retract the flaps afterwards. The current set crew of pilots or the next set crew .

If there is going to be an engineer inspecting the plane most probably he will set it up for you.
