The CX Recruitment Ban IS MOST DEFINITELY WORKING.
Granted that some people are still joining, there always will be some short-sighted individuals who think only of tomorrow, not of next week, year or even their (NOW VERY UNCERTAIN) future.
CX CANNOT fill the Freighter Bases in Nth America. Wonder why???
There is nothing wrong with attending the interview with CX. If offered, I would.
BUT, accepting an offer to start while the ban is in place hurts no-one but yourself.
At the stroke of a pen, you have limited, FOR LIFE, your options in aviation.
That's OK if you think you have a career for life with CX.
49+ guys thought they did too. At least THEY will have the option to go elsewhere. Scabs won't.
Just ask some of the out-of-work Ansett guys!
