Several news outlets reporting one of the newest addition to the Cathay Pacific fleet (B-KNO) with an obvious error in the name

Dunno, I'm inclined towards it being a PR trick. Certainly all the news media I saw about it mentioned that they were a multi-award winning airline witha fleet of very young Airbus and Boeing aircraft etc

Quite effective coverage for the price of two decals.
