I cant wait to get back into TalentQ testing and come out the other side thinking I am the "special" kind of stupid.

I feel the same too whenever I sit QF psyche and get THAT email..."thank you for your recent interest in QF (...subsidiary "xyz airlines"). We regret to inform you that at this stage, we will not be progressing further with your application." etc etc
Can wait til I have a couple of moon landings in my log book so I'm smart enough to pass it.

Can anyone comment on tips to successfully pass QF psychometric testing? What they're looking for?
And why it seems SO hard compared to the competition?

Have a first name that's either obviously female, or could be either male or female.
