looking for ebook My lady the taildragger, by Andre Balt

Hi everyone,
I'm not sure in which forum to ask for this...

I'm looking for the ebook from Andre Balt: My lady, the taildragger. A short ebook about flying the DC3, it used to be available by downloading it on abook2read.com only, several years ago, but that website doesn't exist anymore.
So if anybody knows where I can find this book, or has a copy, you'll make someone happy! :)
