contract vs straight application

can someone fill me in on applying to airlines via a company like jsfirm or sigma aviation for example vs just applying to the company directly? is there a payscale or working conditions etc difference or something of that nature?

Actually no difference.You usually get called faster for screening when you apply through agencies.Direct application at times can take longer.
