Hello All,
It's a longshot I know, but I would be very grateful for any information, details, photographs or anecdotes regarding the six Scottish Aviation Bulldogs operated by the BDF during the 1980's.
I'm aware that one was written off in service and that the remaining 5 aircraft were restored to the UK register from 1992 onwards. (G-BHXA/B G-BHZP/R/S/T) where they remain today.
Apart from any records of maintenance provision and activities in Botswana, I am particularly interested in the method and routings of their return to the UK. (I believe one or two were temporarily stored in Malta).
Any info would be very welcome.
