I posted about that in an already existing thread about the new “leaning” control tower at another board at this group.

That would certainly make a great plane-spotters' pad.

The caboose up the top could be fitted out with a bar and a pool table to provide activities other than watching aeroplanes....the ultimate “blokes' space”.

However, I have a feeling the property will go up for sale either by tender, or by auction and you'll probably need well-filled deep-pockets to become the new owner.
