Nomad makes second belly landing in less than 9 months

Nomad VH-ATO which belly landed in Buka (PNG) back in December 2017 has again belly landed, this time in New Caledonia, today, closing the airport for 5 hours

At 39 years old, and in New Caledonia, would it be worth the cost and trouble to recover and repair it ??

No prop strikes to worry about.

Same Gomad was gutzed at, I think Leongatha, round about mid 90s by the late TM. He was endorsing a new driver. They both were distracted and forgot. I have photos of its return to the MR hangar at MB.
