What are the costs for transfer a license and medical to another state?

if you are planning to transfer from the UK CAA to the dutch ILT:
70 GBP to send out the medical files from UK CAA
70 EUR to accept the medical files (ILT)
49 GBP for DOC155
623 EUR (!!!!!) to issue the license by KIWA
all in all around 850 euros and a lot of wasted time. If you need some advice to transfer to NL leave me a private message.

It depends on the countries involved and the major factor is the cost of the license issue in the new country. The process can take up to 3 months, but the Irish Aviation Authority seems to be the be the quickest.
