I can offer an uneducated comment. The Air North business financials have improved over what it was last year.

The loss in 2017 was $55 Million the loss this year same period was less $32 Million. There is $64 Million less cash in the bank, maybe covered some of the losses or was pulled out for another reason.Either way its a bit ugly.

Bristow own 85% of Airnorth, and from the statement it seems that Airnoth provides around 10% of EBTIDA

"Airnorth contributed $0.2 million and $0.9 million in adjusted EBITDA for the June 2018 quarter and June 2017 quarter, respectively."
