I feel a little confused about the experience requirements of the B licence.
5 years experience without technical displines? Is there any exact number of days collected per year?
For example, I want to take 3 months leave for my vocation or training, does that count one year?
I have messaged the CAA and the answer soooo blur.

I just made sure that the oldest entry is 5 years before the application, then random entries throughout the 5 years. Just try and keep it varied. Also try and get 6-12 entries per ATA chapter... obviously more for the "popular" chapters i.e 27, 32, 71 etc
Hope this helps.

Here is an EASA FAQ for Part 66 requirements. (https://www.easa.europa.eu/faq/21067)
The Swiss and Austrians have good detailed samples.
Here are some maintenance logbook llinks! (http://easa-66.eu/mod/page/view.php?id=6369)
Cheers

Dont think of it as 5 years think of it as 60 months.
As to how many tasks constitute a year of experience that is subjective. But its not difficult to give yourself a ball park idea is it.
365 days in a year working 4 on 4 off equals round it down to 180 now knock off some leave and sickness as we do, say 30 - 35 days would give you approx 150- 145 days where you could record tasks. Simples.
Just a guideline thought if you are struggling

Some National Authorities are only accepting one task per day in the logbook!
Sounds strange but they are the boss!
