I would be interested to see his reaction if he ever say the results of the Emirates employee survey that was done a few years back. Being the principal shareholder one would think that he would have similar concerns.

The top leadership have the insight and know what needs to be done but it just doesn’t seem to filter down.

During his visit (at the airport) , he urged staff to "raise the bar" for customer service.
