Working at home with the windows open (in the centre of Chester) and just ran outside to find out what the lovely growling engine sound was; lovely sight of this 75 year old DC-3 glistening in the sun as it wends its way from Dublin (according to FR24) to wherever...

Thanks to the crew - brightened up my Monday morning!

Currently heading south over Isle of Sheppey about 40 miles east of me. I was in Whitstable on Friday, would have seen it... Apparently owned by a businessman in Germany.

ZS-NTE is based at Zweibrucken in Germany and is one of the lowest time DC-3's in the world. It has appeared in the film 'Macine Gun Preacher', has been painted in Aer Lingus colours and performed in 'Daks over Normandy'.
