Network DE F100 Captain Homework - Request for Information

G'day PPRUNErs,

I recently got the QF mainline 'no thanks, but you will hear form our subsidiaries'.

I've noticed that Network are advertising for DE captains on the F100 and I meet all the requirements on the ad.

I've read what is available of the EBA but i'm hoping someone out there might be able to help me with my homework questions:

What is morale like among the Network pilot community (i'm wondering why the DE captain job has been advertised for so long)
How does the rostering work? (if anyone could PM me a sample junior captain's roster that would be awesome - i'll reciprocate with beer next time i'm in PH!)
What is a rough monthly take home pay for a junior captian? (the pay stuff is all redacted from the EBA.)
What is the F100 like to fly? (i'm coming from a 737 NG background)
Any final words of advice you'd offer someone who is happy with their current job but keen to get to Perth?

The Fokker 100 is a lovely plane to fly. It’s buttons are well thought through and the flying bit has been simplified to an understandable level. It’s weak points are reliability, lack of puff and noise (airflow and the packs under the floor). So a good noise cancelling headset is a good investment. But if I was going to be caught out in really crap night I’d prefer to be in a Fokker.

Many thanks for your responses - looks like a pretty good package on paper, I don't care if it's classified as GA/RPT or recreational!

I'm wondering if any current network pilots would be happy to comment on the general morale of the pilot group and what the work rate is actually like.

I was also wondering specifically:
How is progression to the A320 being organised, is there some kind of seniority system or more of a 'purple circle' arrangement?
Do Network pilots do many overnight layovers?
How far out is the roster published, and do they tend to stick closely to the published roster or is there a lot of last minute churn?
Do Network do much 'back of the clock' flying?
