Just got an email update from a certain social media site announcing that TCAS is now a Consultant at FD. Good luck everyone there. Seems he cant stay away...and just wants to keep building his money jar!!!

That's really interesting as the COO is leaving the company at the end of the year and will also continue to contribute to the "success" of Flydubai by being a consultant for the company…
How many consultant do they need on top of the actual management ?
What would be interesting...is to know how much they are being payed!!!

Very charismatic chap... I remember him telling me once that the runway @ Edi was too short for B777 ops, oh wait...( Ek Edi starts in Oct with no noticeable runway shortening or hill flattening).

TCAS, aka, "that ***t Alan Stealey", an onerous & arrogant man of small stature (in all senses of the word). Met him a few times and he never inspired me with anything other than pity.
One would have hoped that JimV would be the natural successor to KennyG ?!

I find it quite comical how his ugly head has reared again.
This man will soldier on in the industry in one form or another until he looses control of his faculties and will then have little to show for life, apart from a fat bank balance which he will be too old to make proper use of, as well as a ample collection of oversized ties hanging in the wardrobe! :E

What's hilarious is that he has an identical twin brother who is also in the industry and is a really great bloke.
Makes you wonder about the whole Nature/Nurture thing.

Indeed, brother nice guy that looks identical ( unsurprisingly) who had a brief term as an A380 SFI. Unfortunately went head to head with the A380 standards / austronaut brigade which did not go well.Possibly some TCAS lite retribution.

I recently witnessed a BA Crew getting off @MLE with their uniform completely trashed.. No hat, the jacket wrapped around the trolley and John Travolta style sunglasses..

I remember when he wanted crews to walk through the airport in a big conga line, 2 by 2, with the pilots at the front. (Not holding coffee, obviously.)

We are not going to the simulator in uniform but in relax attire so he will see that as really unprofessional BUT this will not change.

No worries mate. He will procure a mandatory flight bag for you all, from his wife's shell company, made in Indonesia, almost as good as the original. And with insignia offensive to some sensitive locals.

Who wants a little bet? Ties, hats and uniforms in the sim within a year. We all know the man has some strange obsession with uniforms. (read into that what you will lol)

It took Flydubai a few years to get the new uniform and it's less than one year old , it would be completely stupid and very expensive to change everything again...
But if this really happen , I swear I will join you on the train.
$50 bucks...?? I'm in and if I am wrong I would not be happier!!

Personally I think the hats make you look like a right old 'Richard the Third', but of course that's just my opinion. I see some Pilots weld in onto their head, and for the life of me, why wear it in EGHQ? But I don't want to thread drift; Stealy has left us and we can all ignore his old missives.
