hello everybody,

talking with some friends working in many different airlines (over EU) with A32x family, it seems we all have written on the sops to check glareshield/fcu/pfd/Nd WHEN BOTH PILOTS ARE SEATED, but we all are using different procedures.
Some of them when seated read loudly fcu as “fd constraints, arc 10, vor 1 vor 2, speed managed, heading managed etc” then passing down to the pfd they read all the armed modes, altitude, vsi, heading and finally the nd.
Others just check the pfd and the nd during briefing just to accomplish for Rvsm ground requirements

normally I just set everything on the fcu after setting the mcdu then before briefing a quick (silent) check everything is set correctly. Usually only the altimeter I check loudly and obviously the first cleared altitude.

What you normally do? Are you all doing the loud check of fcu, pfd, nd?
