I have had the same issue recently; it was two small amounts of approx 200AED to Du Telecom for re-charging of a mobile account, trouble is that I'm not with Du.
The scam is this, you get 'dicked' for some small amount you might not notice and then get hit for a much bigger sum later. If you didn't report the earlier ones quickly, they won't refund the later one as you've been negligent in your account handling.
Replacement card, only the affected one not both, takes only a few days and is FOC.
Get ringing....

Hey RV, oh we got ringing straight away, however, the automated robot customer service thing took so long to get to the appropriate option the beggars had pinched over 3800 aed.
The worrying aspect was it breached three or four layers of security, PIN, Security Code off the back of the card, Visa SMS confirmation before paying, the card no and the expiry date!
DU and Etisalat are "trusted" sites so do not require the PIN or Visa SMS, but do require the Security Code.
The Bank have refunded the money, however, were more than a little concerned about the level of penetration, as it were.......................
